5V at Power supply ok?
Measure the 5V DC directly between pin 1/2/3 (GND) and pin 5 (+5V) of the
power supply plug.

Note: The picture shows the JACK in the C64, not the PLUG which you
should measure.
If it is between 4.8 and 5.2V, it is OK.
