The person named above is a faculty or staff member of the University of Waterloo. By accepting a copy of any of these Techsmith products, this person agrees to the following conditions governing its use:

  1. This product will only be used on University-owned machines and only for research, teaching or administrative purposes. It will not be used for any commercial reasons.
  2. This person will not make any copies. Backup copies will be retained by IST.
  3. Any copies this person has in his/her possession will be returned to the IST Computing Help and Information Place (CHIP), MC1052 if he/she leaves the University.
  4. Any machine readable copies of documentation may be printed for your use only and may not be copied and given to others.
