The person named above is a faculty or staff member of the University of Waterloo. By accepting a copy of this Corel product, this person agrees to the following conditions governing its use:

  1. This product will only be used on University-owned machines.
  2. This person will not make any copies of the software.
  3. Any copies this person has in his/her possession will be returned to the IST Computing Help and Information Place (CHIP), MC1052, upon leaving the University.
  4. If this person is an administrator of the site licensed copies of Corel Draw and leaves the University, he/she will notify the Software Co-ordinator of their departure and replacement.
  5. If a product is being obtained for a network, the number of copies required is determined by either the number of machines or the number of controlled accesses.

In order to receive your software you must take this signed form to Computing Help and Information Place, IST, MC1052.
