The person named above is a faculty member or staff member of the University of Waterloo. By accepting a copy of Ghost, this person agrees to the following conditions governing its use:

  1. This product will only be used for university research, teaching or administrative purposes. It will not be used for any commercial reasons.
  2. This person will not make any copies. Backup copies will be retained by IST.
  3. Any copies this person has in his/her possession will be returned to the IST Computing Help and Information Place (CHIP), MC1052.

Symantec Ghost Suite includes Ghost, Deploy Center Library and Client Migration.

    In order to receive your software you must take this signed form to Computing Help and Information Place, IST, MC1052.
