If you receive a copy of MAPLE, you may:

  • use MAPLE on only one computer at a time
  • use MAPLE on your computer at home.

However, you may not:

  • modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer MAPLE, or create derivative works based on MAPLE
  • make copies of MAPLE documentation
  • remove any proprietary notices, labels or marks on MAPLE materials

You are legally required to return any copy(ies) of MAPLE obtained under UW's Campus Site License if you terminate your employment status with the University. Your copy(ies) should be returned to the IST Computing Help and Information Place (CHIP), MC1052.

By signing above, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the above conditions.

In order to receive your software you must take this signed form to Computing Help and Information Place, IST, MC1052.
