The person named above is a faculty member or staff member of the University of Waterloo. By accepting a copy of WinEdt, this person agrees to the following conditions governing its use:

  1. This product will only be used for university research, teaching or administrative purposes. It will not be used for any commercial reasons.
  2. This software is for on campus UW machines only - not for home use.
  3. Any copies Recipient has in his/her possession will be returned to the IST Computing Help and Information Place (CHIP), MC1052 if he/she leaves the University.
