Director of Instructional Technologies and Multimedia Services (ITMS), the IST group that supports online learning, e-classrooms, video and Web conferencing, and multimedia production. Andrea has been in IST since 1988. She has had seven roles, including a five year secondment as technology planner in the centre created to focus UW's teaching and learning technology activities, and also as special projects person to the Associate Provost - IST, during which she led the UW Desktop Rollover project, and the Learning Management System selection and implementation, before taking on her current role. She's also keen on Green IT topics.
