Billing and Account Information

 

Telephone Services Billing reports are created each month. The report details Directory entries, charged equipment including on-campus extensions and business lines, long distance calls and a flexfield summary for the department. These billings are reflected on the monthly financial statements.

Changes in accounting flexfield information should be sent to IST Request or forwarded to Telephone Services, IST, MC2058.

Online Monthly Telephone Billing Reports

  • the billing reports are stored as PDF files, one file for each month
  • you will have to authenticate access with your WatIAM credentials
