Organization Structure

Information Systems

The Information Systems (IS) group is responsible for supporting the application software of the University's information systems applications. This responsibility encompasses all aspects of Project Management and Systems Life Cycle; including business process and system analysis, design, software acquisition, development, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.

Information Systems is organized into three areas, where each area consists of a Director, Information Systems and several Information Systems Specialists.  Each area is responsible for providing technical coordination, guidance, and support, for one or more of the following:

The Information Systems Specialist is directly involved throughout the life cycle of these applications. The Specialist is also involved with other projects and working groups within IST as well as the provision of ongoing application support for information systems in production. The responsibilities and assignments of Information Systems Specialists encompass a wide range of specializations that currently include:
