- Managing laptops
- The IST Request System, including requests for configuring new and departing employeees.
- Training opportunities
- Campus computer groups
- Communication channels
- Bookit administration (scheduling rooms, groups, etc)
- Printers
- Email setup (pop vs imap)
We are thinking of offering this training in August or September 2006.
