Purchasing a Lenovo Computer at UW.

Academic-support departments eligible for the desktop rollover program must contact Bob Hicks to place an order.

The Desktop Rollover Project History:

In June 2005, IST initiated a "desktop rollover" program to provide a regular renewal of desktop computers in the academic-support areas of the University. The preferred vendor was selected through an RFP process for a 3 year period.

In June 2008, a new RFP was issued and we are pleased to announce that Metafore has been selected as our preferred supplier of Lenovo computers (you may recall that Lenovo purchased IBM's PC division a few years ago).
