Thumbnail GIFs
- A Thumbnail GIF is a normal GIF, the only difference is that it is
small in size, around 72x72 pixels, and usually has 5 bits of colour information.
- The Thumbnail GIF is linked to the full sized image, which is loaded
when the user clicks on it.
- When creating a thumbnail GIF, remember to increase the brightness,
saturation, and contrast a bit to compensate for the smaller size.
- Try To Use Thumbnail GIFs instead of large images. This allows the
viewer to decide whether to download the larger image or which images to
look at.
