I've been with the University Of Waterloo, working for IST Hardware Support Group since Oct 1991. My primary duties are hardware repairs, software image building (Windows XP and Vista), training lab support, and shop administration. I've been Apple authorized since 1986 when I worked in London for Lyons Logic. I am also A+, HP printers, IBM PC and Lexmark printer certified.
