Watching FCOPY-PC Working

F-Copy functioning on the C64 end Figure 1 (click to enlarge)

Figure 1 shows FCOPY-PC at work, once I finally got all the bugs worked out. It shows tracks along the top of the screen and sectors down the left side. I don't recall what disk that was just read, but it shows most of the error codes (H, +, L, ?).

Figure 2 shows the PC side of things, while a disk is being read. The display is very similar to the C64. Once the track has been read on the 1541, it gets transferred to the PC and the error bytes then show up on the PC screen. When reading "L" and "H" errors there can be a delay while the entire track is read.

There is also a menu on the PC side that controls all the copy options on the C64.

Figure 3 shows the original FCOPY 3 at work. This is the program that FCOPY-PC was based on. There are many hacked and modded versions of FCOPY out there.
